  • 5 year track record in generating leads and creating sales opportunities
  • Target orientated with demonstrable ability to consistently achieve targets
  • Self starter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the procurement process for Government, local authorities and international business
  • Understanding of the PPE and medical supplies market
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
  • Experience of selling niche expertise and services into complex markets such as defence, finance, energy, national infrastructure and international.
  • Demonstrable experience in building a sales team in a growing business.


A target based role working with key clients, supply chain and partners to sell our suite of products and services.

A new role in our fast-growing business which involves working with our stakeholders and independently to research and determine potential markets and new business opportunities. Create and deliver the strategy to engage with future customers and be the first point of call for client servicing and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the sales pipeline and pursue potential opportunities.
  • Build the RE:SILIENT sales team and infrastructure, aligned to growth targets.
  • Gather and maintain accurate sales and customer intelligence records.
  • Research existing, new and emerging markets creating a targeted plan for engagement
  • Feed back to our stakeholder network any relevant market intelligence to grow and formulate product/service offerings
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to maximize growth opportunity across all business streams.
